Secretarial and support professionals place the highest value on finding an employer with positive values and culture

  • 86% of secretarial and support professionals said that they would be willing to change profession for the opportunity to work for an employer known for its positive values and culture.
  • By comparison, just 56% of other professionals said that they would change careers for the same reason.

Original research from Robert Walters has revealed that secretarial and support professionals are the mostly likely to change their career for the opportunity to work for a company with positive values and culture, with 86% saying they would move to a new career for this reason.

By comparison, when other professionals were asked the same question, just 56% said that they would be willing to change profession to work for an employer with positive values and company culture.

Accountancy and finance professionals were the least likely to change jobs for this reason, with just 44% of survey respondents saying that they would do so.
