Free meeting space?

Hey ladies

hope your enjoying the sunny weather. need some help and advice.

i need a venue close to Euston for the 2nd Thursday of every month to hold a board meeting from 10:30 - 12:30.

We previously used one of my bosses private memebers clubs but they have since moved out of the area and have cancelled their membership (Very helpful - not!) :)and i now have the task of finding a suitable venue with no or very little budget.

Do you have any ideas, have you come across any venues that are private for meetings, or does your company hire out meeting rooms at "mate rates"

I doesnt have to be in the euston area, we are based in shoreditch so anywhere in between Euston and Shoreditch would be very helpful
