Introduction
pa-assist.com is an established resource website for Office Professionals (PAs, EAs, secretaries, Office Managers, Office Administrators). Launched in 1999, the site has over 8000 registered members working for some 4,300 companies across the corporate spectrum from large Corporations including the majority of the Footsie 250, to major Partnerships, the Public Sector, SMEs. and Small Businesses. The site provides help, information and resources together with business and leisure related products and services from our advertising ‘Partners’.
Registered Members
The site may be accessed by anybody and registration is not required to do this. Registration offers members additional services such as 55 essential office tools under ‘Office Desktop’, plus the ‘Ask’ online help services. Registration also gives them automatic subscription to a twice monthly e~newsletter which gives information on our advertising ‘Partners’, with hyperlinks back to either a ‘microsite’ on pa-assist (created by us and approved by the ‘Partner’) or direct to a ‘Partner’s’ website.
PARTNER ADVERTISING
Advertising as a ‘Partner’ on pa-assist.com provides a dynamic platform from which to reach the target audience. We have a policy of selling a complete package to our ‘Partner’ advertisers. This includes an undertaking to allow ‘Partners’ to make strategic or tactical changes to their content on the pa-assist site, as they require it. There is no charge for this service and copy, visuals and graphics can normally be changed within a two working days. This gives the campaign dynamism and added flexibility.
Partner Campaigns - what they include
1: Microsite or direct link to your website. (You have the choice of us building a microsite (approved by you) that promotes the specific message/s you want users to see and then allows them to link to your website; alternatively, we can direct users straight to your website).
2: Your logo and up to 40 words on the pa-assist.com home page under ‘New Partners’ for a period of one month (has a link to your microsite or website).
3: Your logo on the pa-assist.com home page (right – rotating) under ‘Partners’ with link to your microsite or website.
4: ‘Top Slot’ 480 x 60 pixels banner (animated gif or static jpeg). Appears randomly at the top of all pages with link to your microsite or website.
5: Your campaign accessed from the relevant menu button (left).
6: Your logo and up to 100 words of promotional text on the ‘Partner’ page, accessed from the ‘Partner’ menu button (left).
7: Free Inclusion in the PA Business Directory under the appropriate category/s. (see more about the Directory, below)
8: Promotion to our registered users in our ‘Moneypenny’ e~newsletters, used to focus attention on our ‘Partners’ by providing our members with relevant information and hyperlinks.
9: Competitions – We offer the facility for you to run competitions at no extra cost. This a very useful way for you focus attention on your business.
10: The facility to make changes to the content of your campaign at any time – this includes text and graphics, links etc. There is no charge for this service, giving your campaign greater flexibility.
PA BUSINESS DIRECTORY ADVERTISING
The PA Business Directory offers an alternative advertising option that provides an effective way of reaching our users at a lower investment. An entry in the PA Business Directory includes:
1: 480 x 60 pixels banner (animated gif or static jpeg).
2: Up to 100 words of promotional text.
3: A link to the page of your choice on your website.
4: Placement in the appropriate category. (a new category will be added, if required).
In addition, we consistently promote the PA Business Directory in our e~newsletters and, as part of your investment, we will promote you in the first available newsletter following your entry; this includes a hyperlink to your website.
